Andrew Couldridge is an accomplished professional with over 20 years’ experience in building support services and 6 years specialising in the management of large, complex residential developments. Andrew holds a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE), is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a member of IOSH, and is qualified in LEAN methodology, (Reduction of waste within business).
Andrew is also the Founder of Empowered Leaseholder Property Management Services Ltd, established with a clear mission to raise standards in property management and place leaseholders and residents at the centre of decision-making.
Throughout his career, Andrew has developed a strong operational and strategic understanding of the built environment, combining frontline service delivery expertise with senior-level management capability. His experience spans safety, leadership, statutory compliance, contractor management, resident engagement, financial oversight, and continuous improvement across complex, multi-occupancy buildings.
Andrews qualification inLEAN underpins a structured, data-driven approach to eliminating inefficiencies, improving transparency, and embedding sustainable operational excellence. Andrew is particularly focused on enhancing the customer experience while driving measurable improvements in safety, compliance, and overall building performance.
